Mr Ajit Kumar, Headteacher at Nargadda High School, Patna, India has been working with the Schools2030 India team to design new practices through Human-Centred Design to improve learning and his school environment. From understanding the needs of students to creating impactful solutions, his experience highlights the power of inclusive, innovative thinking in classrooms.
