Schools2030 at the Transforming Education Summit

Time

11:45 am – 12:45 pm

Schools2030 is delighted to have been selected by the UN to present a session at the Transforming Education Summit (TES) this year. The session – Re-Imagining the Roles of Schools, Systems and Societies for the Future of Teaching and Learning – will explore how the Schools2030 model supports teacher agency, motivation and creates an environment that supports and rewards innovation, in order to ultimately improve holistic learning outcomes.

We are delighted to be joined once again by the Honourable Ministers for Education, Prof. Adolf Mkenda (Tanzania) and Prof. Joao Costa (Portugal), who appeared earlier this year at the Schools2030 Global Forum. We also welcome perspectives from LEGO Foundation, UNICEF Generation Unlimited, UNESCO and the Global Partnership for Education. Underpinning our mission to ensure this key constituents – teachers – are brought into important global conversations about educational improvement, we are also pleased to be joined by teacher Fernando Emidio from Portugal.

Please join us online for this next important step in global education transformation using the link to watch the live stream here.
